CDG Releases Comments to FCC on Network Neutrality Regs
Recently, the Federal Communications Commission reportedly issued a notice of proposed rulemaking regarding the development of rules to preserve an open Internet. The CDMA Development Group has reportedly released comments submitted to the FCC in response to that notice. The FCC's notice of proposed rulemaking is about the possible new network neutrality regulations to be imposed by FCC. The FCC was seeking public feedback on the Commission's "draft rules [for an] open Internet." 2/8/2010 -
