  • CDG Releases Comments to FCC on Network Neutrality Regs
    Recently, the Federal Communications Commission reportedly issued a notice of proposed rulemaking regarding the development of rules to preserve an open Internet. The CDMA Development Group has reportedly released comments submitted to the FCC in response to that notice. The FCC's notice of proposed rulemaking is about the possible new network neutrality regulations to be imposed by FCC. The FCC was seeking public feedback on the Commission's "draft rules [for an] open Internet." 2/8/2010

  • Will Qwest Bid for Broadband Stimulus?
    Qwest seems to be taking another look at applying for "broadband stimulus" funds after a significant change of rules by the Rural Utilities Service and National Telecommunications and Information Administration, the Denver Business Journal reports. 2/4/2010

    Aruba Networks, a global leader in 802.11n wireless LANs and secure mobility solutions, today announced that Tennis Australia, the national governing body for the sport of tennis in Australia, has deployed a state-of-the-art 802.11n Wi-Fi network at Melbourne Park. 2/1/2010

  • Novatel Wireless Intros HSPA+ Dual-Carrier Data Transmission
    The product is expected to deliver more advanced data capabilities and support more compelling applications with richer user experiences.
