A consortium of investors has sold Finjan, Inc., a US-based provider of web security solutions, to M86 Security (Marshal8e6), a UK-based provider of web and email content security solutions.
The consortium includes HarbourVest Partners, LLC, Benchmark Capital, Israel Seed Partners, Benhamou Global Ventures, LLC, and Cisco Ventures, LLC.
