Luxul Wireless Launches New 2.4 GHz Antennas
TMCnet Contributor Lindon, Utah-based wireless signal technologies developer, Luxul Wireless has expanded its X-WAV Flat Panel Antenna family by adding new 2.4 GHz antennas, according to a recent company announcement.
Based on advanced signal technology that offers better reach and penetration, X-WAV antennas are most suitable for environments where coverage is limited by walls or trees. What adds to the suitability of the antennas for such environments is their flat panel.
“Delivering a broader range of X-WAV antennas allows for the adoption of Luxul’s (News - Alert) revolutionary signal technologies into more applications and markets that are actively seeking relief from the poor signal strength and quality of their current antenna solutions,” said Tyler Crawford, CEO of Luxul Wireless. “These additions enable our customers and partners to meet a greater variety of application requirements and coverage needs. It’s an important milestone in the company’s development and represents a significant contribution to the Wi-Fi community.”
With the expansion of its antenna family, Luxul Wireless is in a better position to offer solutions with greater sector coverage, as well as medium to long range point-to-point and point-to-multipoint links. Users of the antennas benefit from easy signal alignment, and enhanced potential to connect subscribers on the outer edges of a network.
Luxul Wireless aims to overcome the challenges posed by traditional wireless networking methodologies by innovating superior wireless signal propagation technologies. Luxul Wireless’ solutions are powered by the proprietary Wi-Fi signal boosting technology and a circular polarization signal capability, called Clear-WAV that enhances signal penetration, range and clarity

Earlier this year, TMCnet reported that Luxul Wireless has unveiled its new Pro-WAV 100, which provides coverage for areas of up to 10,000 square feet and enhances signal coverage and data throughput.
